This is a Rubber Adapter for Bare Propellers from Sullivan. This adapter fits all standard Sullivan starters and most other brands. Steel reinforced green Neoprene adapter fits most props up to 15" diameter. Arms fit around two blade propellers with 1" and small hubs. Ramps provide cam-out action when starting. The molded-in steel reinforcement keeps arms square to prop.
